Rutina de ejercicios en cuarentena #03

Y sigo subiendo mis reportes de ejercicios en casa. Hoy descubrí una manera de hacer paralelas en casa, así que ahora además del trabajo abdominales, flexiones de pecho y squats y trabajo de piernas, también pude sumar las paralelas que no sólo me ayudan a fortalecer brazos, pechos y espalda, sino también el core completo. Mañana seguiré con la rutina y espero incrementar la intensidad de las multiseries.

PD: necesito música que me dé energías para hacer ejercicios.
