My Actifit Report Card: July 9 2020
Slow start to a blue sky day. Was aiming for 10 am bicycle ride but got distracted on fixing some sick orchids. Phalaenopsis orchids which I had in outside greenhouse had developed black spots = a fungal disease. Tried to save them - plants are now in isolation.
Cycled down to Apple Tree Bay to check on greenhoods. Two buds close together but no flowers.
Still plenty of helmet orchids but there are signs that the end of their season is coming - one alive and one dead.
Heard a weird call I had not heard. Turned video on and went looking = lyre bird quite unperturbed about me and the two ladies who came by too.

End off with acianthus fornicatus - never tire of the challenge of photographing these as they are pretty small. The two ladies walked with me and loved their nature class
18 km bike ride with one big hill
Friend from Perth stayed over. Big chat night. Dinner: roast chicken
Trade action: Bought CDE to cover up coming assignment and added to NAK. Gold and silver hedges. Also balanced out VGK bear put spreads.
