My Actifit Report Card: August 26 2020
Chilly start with a blue sky. A different sort of day. Had locked in a refresher course on forex trading for the day.
I have always felt that forex does provide a way to provide returns that are uncorrelated to stock and commodity markets. I have not proved yet that I can trade well enough to be sure. I can invest.
Was hoping to get some clarity. Session started will with a clear approach to setting a filter to screen candidates at a top down level - daily. Then look for opportunity on each 4 hour break.
Less clear discussion on levels and divergence - I call this "reasons not to take a trade". Afternoon dribbled away down a rat hole to make a marginal trade look OK. It won for a while but lost overnight.
I used the breaks to rake leaves from the lawns. We did finish early and I went walking down the local track.

White fingers orchid with a blush of pink (new spot).
Trusty maroonhood been flowering for a few weeks now
Tall greenhood still going
Walked back to other side of the creek for more chiloglottis formicifera - new flower same spot
Found some more further in the rain forest - new for this season.
Low light made photos a challenge
Could not get photos of mayfly orchid as it was too dark. I will walk at the weekend to do photos.
Have this greenhood to look forward to.

They were. 30 minutes and 6 orchids in flower = got to love the bush.
Dinner: Leftovers
Trade action: NZDUSD and GBPNZD losers. Long EURUSD from workshop opened. Bought SPWR and FISV. Sold puts on SLV, JKS, GNW. Covered call on EPI. Banked more in income trades than I lost on forex.
