My Actifit Report Card: August 28 2020
Busy day of work from home meetings for my wife. Plan to steer clear
Day starts with a call from the king parrot. Mum has bought the new male (her baby) to show him the food ropes.
Can tell he is a juvenile as he does not have green wing stripe and no blue collar yet.
With a day spent on forex training I did bike rides two days in a row.
Rode across from the next national park across to walk part of the Great North Walk. Arrived to find a track closed sign - when it is for a hazard reduction burn this weekend.
Track runs along ridge line for a while which is where I found the first sun orchid
This blue/purple flower a little further along
Another sun orchid with bigger spots
Then path steps down a steep set of terraces to the creek below. Was hoping this would be a bit more rain forest like
This bird fern thinks this is rain forest.
Did find two types of orchid leaves and a scraggly mayfly orchid on its last legs. A little further on were 3 plants with good flowers
Crossed a few side creeks and made the turn around when path started working up again
Did find more sun orchids on the way back.
Love the bright yellow of the pea flower.
Once I got to the top I felt there was a chance to find caladenia or glossodia. Well I did find one glossodia minor - small waxlip orchid
Lots of this small flowered white grevillea. Pleased to find 3 orchids types in flower on a track I have not walked before.
And made a 21 km ride with 340 meters climbing.

Dinner: Pizza from scratch
Trade action: I note in my account stock in MAXN added. Turns out it is a spinoff from solar company SunPower. Bought SPWR and MAXN to scale in. Sold covered call on SPWR. Also sold a January 2021 call on AAL to convert a call spread to a covered call - saved some capital.
