Wake to a clear blue sky day - amazing after last night's big storm. Ellen cooked breakfast - bonus time

Stopped at Manly Dam to seek out some orchids. Know what to look for but no map coordinates. Park up in main car park and walk up west side of dam.

Love the rain drops on this flower

Light in the corea is fabulous. No orchids leaves for ages - only see 3 different types and no orchids in flower.

Manly Creek is running well after the rain. No photo of the waterfall as I did not want to disturb people there.

Late afternoon visit to a friend of my wife's sister. Kangaroo paw from her front yard

Shopping after at centre local to friend's house = more steps.

Dinner: Beef fillet with burnt garlic mushroom cream sauce. Yum.
