My Actifit Report Card: September 14 2020

Body did not want to get out to face the day. First conference call with my wife working from home decided that. Was a lovely day and she had already loaded washing machine. All I had to do was hang up.

Mid-morning message - meetings cancelled - can we walk? So we did a walk part in the bush and back along the road.

Not 5 metres into the track and I spot this white orchid - caladenia catenata - a new spot for me

Walk a little further to find maroonhoods in a known location on their last legs but still posing well. Since June = magic

Side on too.

This track has segments liked by bonnet orchids. My wife spots a new flower spike. This is early. Almanac will tell me soon.

Sydney boronia is always a favourite.

Stopped for coffee in the village. It is nice to see people going about life in a normal way but no hugs.

Dinner: Bbq steak under a clear starlit sky.

Trade action: Forex trade long AUDCHF. Assigned on a naked put long GLD - gold.
