Another rainy day after a late night doing stuff. Brain was fried all day. Did get blog post out and posted.
Really hacked off with Facebook blocking the sharing of posts from Australia. The IT team do not know how to just block news sites. My site is not a news site and is hosted in US. My FB account is accessed from US VPN - so they are blocking at account level and not post level.

Day just drifted by - mowed the front lawn to get get steps in. Looks great after 10 days of rain.
Day did start off with cooking excursion - sous vide chuck roast. Season
Sear first with butter and chopped rosemary mix. Wrap up in a vacuum pack
Sous vide for 10 hours at 145F. Comes out a bit blackened
Serve with bbq roasted veges and baby potatoes
Came out well flavour but next one will be done for 24 hours
Just one of those depression days.
Trade action: A lot of option assignments - sold Canadian marijuana, aerospace, French bank, oil shipping, US bank, US REIT. Bought French utility and gold miner
