My Actifit Report Card: March 28 2021

Late night, like getting 3 am to bed, getting blog post wrestled past crap internet service. Took 2 hours to get a 29 minute job done. Not keen to get out of bed. The whole day just slid away.

We did go shopping under a stormy sky - no storm though. Took a few photos of roses on the vine row ends

Had a late lunch and went for a ride as the storm risk was gone. Went on the short loop through the vineyards. Front part was fine until I got to the first uphill. Not steep but as soon as I put any effort in, the pulses in my head exploded. Took a break and then another where I took a photo across to Brokenback Mountains

Not good. Did one more bigger hill and coasted down. Phone running out of charge. I have been here before. At the top of the next hill I stopped and called my wife to pick me up. I could not afford to black out

That explains the ride picture - not ending where it started. Been a week of late nights - that will add to whatever the problem is

Had a nap. Did cook part of dinner - bbq steak to add to ratatouille my wife cooked.
