My Actifit Report Card: April 17 2021

A late night doing trades through options expiry makes for a slow start. Not much planned for the day. Did update accounts for the overnight trades.

2nd week of local football season. Good to be on field side on a sunny but cool day. Was like a journey back in time with my son playing for a new club in a league he played in for several clubs.

What I love is he is still playing - pretty sure he is oldest guy in the team. Yup - him with the beard

We did some shopping on the way home- steps come from there. Cooked a simple pasta dish with a cottage cheese sauce with smoked salmon and baby spinach. Made to my twist - start with a roux. Simple and yummy

Orchid of the week has to be the side on of a sharp greenhood. Always great to find a known orchid in a new location
