The nights are not getting better. I figured I would not hear the garbage pick up from the back room I am sleeping in. Wrong. 5 am I heard them to add to the 2 am earlier waking. This is more likely to kill me than any virus. Stress.
Olympocs athletics started in the morning. I do not recall any of it. Watched the BMX racing - not my sport but great to see Team GB win men's silver and then gold in women's. That young man Kye was a huge fan of his team mate win.
I relented and took photos of the rainbow lorikeets. They are such bullies but they do have striking colours.
It is spring even though August is not here yet. Garden says so.
Aloe is flowering
This Australian native flowering at the letter box. No idea its name but I have cooked with the leaves - more subtle than rosemary and it did not kill us. Goes well with fish.
This one is rosemary. Normally better to snip off the buds to stop the plant going woody. We have two and never short of rosemary.
