Garden is bringing some joy with a gazania popping out after about 4 weeks off

Did a little garden work to add to treadmill steps
Dinner: Simple fillet steak bbq.
Watched the evening Olympics - 100 metre final. Hoping for South Africa or GB success. Not to be with GB disqualified for false start

What is giving me the shits?
3rd Covid test is negative. I have known all along from the 1st day what my body knew all along. But the fucking government decided I needed to do 14 days in custody. I get out of jail tomorrow very pissed off.
