My Actifit Report Card: August 2 2021
Up a little earlier on a clear blue sky day. This is the last day of house arrest. The tough part is I left South Africa in 1987 as an exile to avoid prison. Free to go but not free to go back until the change of government. Now my country has house arrest for much less serious stuff - I might have been in contact with someone with the 2020 flu while I was shopping. Not sedition - just the chance of flu.
Watched a little Olympics. This young lady won her heat in 200 metres. She hails from Namibia where my niece lives and my first wife was born. Tough story as the young lady may not run 400 meters as testosterone levels are too high.
The next of the dendrobium orchids flower in the garden. Then time for the next virtual tour of tracks visited in the last year

Steps from the treadmill and a little garden work fixing patches in the lawn.
Did watch some track cycling in the afternoon. Amazing crash in team pursuit as handlebars broke off an Aussie bike at 65 km/h. I know the feeling - ouch.
Dinner: Salmon sous vide
Trade action: EURUSD long. Bought PYPL, UPS.
