A blue sky day with no wind after the wintry day before. Did the big dog walk before lunchtime to give me a clear run to go for a bike ride and a walk

I was kind of pleased with myself - new location.
Looked up - this tree is the marker for walking from the other side - same colony I saw last week
Walking back - nodding grenhood unfurling a new leaf
Budding helmet orchid from the top. Spots are distinctive and the first bristles emerging from the front
Spied these leaves where I park the bike. This spot has pterostlyis curta - not budding yet. This one has a flower spike
Side on - quite a bit narrower than concinna
Front on shows the labellum - not forked but pointy. Going to say pterostylis oblonga because of the elongated hood
Quite a large cluster of rosettes - hioe to see a few more flowers. This section was levelled maybe 18 months ago as turning access for NP vehicles - taken that long to show again
Also flowering in the track access is this dark form acianthus fornicatus
Good to get a ride in as short as it was and to walk without a dog in tow
Dinner: Butter chicken
Was staying awake for US markets open. Did not make that as passed away over an hour trying to get an Actifit post publised before the cut-off. Tech problems - first rates the hellnoutnofnme as Inhave been positing every day for the last 9 years - never missed one post
