Wet and cold - no steps outside day : August 21 2025
Rained all night and all day. Been doing so since late Monday. Had a bad night coughing a lot - struggling to shake this cold
To add to the challenges for the day, my wife got the dreaded call from the hospital. Her father is on last legs
He is 94 - been ill for a while
Spent the afternoon going through the review post for The ARM System 2.0 and got it published

A landmark day of the wrong type - been a long while since I have not done over 5k steps. Just too ill to risk going out again in the wet and cold
Did a quick and easy dinner. Got to keep the cold fed

Same goes with me. It has been raining today, so no outdoor activities.
Ah man sorry to hear you are having a rough time. Maybe all the negative gets served in the same time period and good times will follow. Let’s get through it and onto sunny days with 10k steps.
Normally takes 3 days - not often 2 days with bugger all steps. Did do over 8k today when the sun came out. The good old fashioned immune system plus a bit of Dr Peter McCullogh protocol worked
Covids sniffing around again. Did you do an aul test?
Will never do a test. Did once - all bullshit. Got a cold - 3 days and it will be gone like all the others

While raining it is always difficult to do outdoor activity… hope soon all situation become normal

It is unbearable to be too cold or too hot. A good life can only be lived in normal weather.
It's not easy to handle illness and family worries at the same time. I hope everything gets better soon. Best wishes to you.
