Another cloudy strange weather day. Good news - it is not hot and ugly. Worked away clearing away investing accounts. My wife headed out to lunch with friends. I tackled the house washing she had not finished. Added some car wash to the bucket and did the whole of the front of the house. She had done half

Did get on the bike to walk the mid section fo Seven Mile Beach NP. First up flower just showing - always thought it was a weed - first splash of colour for the day

Noticed this plant growing 2 metres above ground on a tree - no idea on ID

One of two plants on the tree. Clear root form running below the plant - an epiphyte not seen before

Spent a bit more time on getting the grass seed photos in focus

Dried out form. Did help that is was not windy

First orchid of the day - more like a photo of a ladybird. That dark spent helped with focus

Friends coming over for dinner - well one only arrived - had prepped the pork ribs at 155F for 20 hours on sous vide. Did the scotch fillet for 2 hours at 140F

Seared on BBQ to finish - was fab

The dog loved the squeaky ball it found in the drawer - chased that around for 3 hours at least.

Dinner was good. Finished off with a salted caramel/espresso martini and 9pm fireworks. Martini was like a dessert
