My Actifit Report Card: June 28 2020

Hi guys!

Wishing you very lovely Sunday
This is my today's actifit report card.. like other days I did nothing remained at my room, completing online task.. at the time of evening I visited nearby market to buy some grocery and vegetable..perhaps two days more that I have to stay here complete my task after that I will departure for my home for next 15 days..
Today again just reaching 5K points by walking and some exercise and meditation at the time of morning..
This time I am making more precautions taking my physical health.. this time I am feeling better rather than previous three or four days.. even I able to recover my fear and stress..
