Hi everyone!
Wishing you a very lovely day..
This is my today's actifit report card..
Today I able to reach 7k steps by walking moving around the house..
It is over dose due to cough and cold..
Actually someone suggested me to have drink(rum). Finally I take it but it was over dose..
Previous night I forgot to off celling fan and get fell ill. The worse thing that it was raining too.. fail to adjust with changing weather..
Any way now going to sleep..
Have a sweet slumber..
