Circumstances are not always the same, sometimes we have to compromise with the circumstances, as we all are doing right now. If you think a year ago, then how much has changed in today's life and in the life of a year ago. Our routines have changed, our ways of living have changed. Even living and eating habits have changed. One of the reasons for this is epidemic infection. The truth is that we must adapt ourselves to the changing nature.
Now I have finished my activities and again just crossed 5K steps by walking. Remember that it is holiday going on due to pandemic that is why mostly time I have to stay at a room. Now and days my score is hanging between 6 and 5K steps.
