My Actifit Report Card: July 30 2021

Hi beautiful world!
Hope waiting for weekend..
If you must be thinking that this is a flower bed, then at all it is not. Actually there is a tradition of cutting the plants, in which after a few days new leaves emerge from the branch. Being on the side of the road, the stray cattle eat up the branches above. But as soon as it rains, new leaves come out in them. The strange thing is that these plants have come out from the cracks of the bridge made of brick. Whatever it is, it looks beautiful.

Now let's talk about today's activities which I did throughout. It was again a working day. Like daily routine again I get up early in the morning and this my roof for physical exercise and therapy. Actually at the time of morning wind blow in a smooth way that is why I feel refresh. I feel very happy spending few times for physical health.

Till noon it was a cloudy day but afternoon sun started to shine brightly. As the evening progressed, the humidity and heat increased. Although there were few showers of rainin the evening but it was not enough. some where badly needed downpour in every part of the district because till now it was raining but in separate region.

It was weekend market here. I mean each Friday and Monday here be market day, so I have to go in the market to buy some vegetables and grocery.
When I returned it was pretty good score that is over 8k steps.
