My Actifit Report Card: July 2 2025
Hey guys!
Early in the morning I thought I had to work but no, after a short call at work to make sure I went to bed again and slept another hour.
Then we went to a market and I got a nice breakfast with eggs, bacon and sausages.
Later my wife had to go to work and I went outside for a nice walk. On the way I went into Aldi a supermarket in my area. I got this nice tool which I will take with me on hiking and geo caching tours.
On the way back it started to rain heavily and I was completely wet when I arrived home. 😅

so you went walking after your breakfast? Well done! Normally if I eat a full breakfast like that we have a phrase here in SA for it "maagie vol, oogies toe" which translates into tummy full, eyes closed! And that is totally me :p
After this breakfast we walked over the market. Later at home I decided to go for a walk. Also the breakfast wasn't that much for me. 😂
