So maybe I did over the 10 K steps today but in reality I got stuck standing pretty static on the front door at work all day, So a pretty uninspiring day though it definitely sucked the energy out of me.
I miss dancing and my feet are so sore by the time I get home from work as much as I want to dance I just can’t but I will on my days off on Tuesday and Thursday! That’s a promise that I’m making to myself for my mental health as much as the physical health.
So I hope all of you Actifiters iall over the world are keeping your promise to yourself for your mental health and physical health and staying active and alive while you’re in lockdown.
