My Actifit Report Card: March 17 2021

So here I am reporting my 17k+ steps for another exhausting day at work and I struggled, inside and out.

After the huge weekend setting up and pulling down the backyard glamping and backyard movie nights with my friend Sabrina, I have discovered (very sore) muscles that I never knew existed and then having to stand and walk around for over 9hrs on 2 very busy shifts at work- well my usual exuberance disappeared as I lost my mojo...

And now I’m back at the dentist cause I really did a number on my sore tooth from last week and actually split it straight up the centre so the outer half seems to be ok while the inner half is literally hanging by a thread- of gum and nerves.

So a well deserved rest day I feel!

My deepest apologies for not engaging with you all lately, but it has been a hectic few weeks that I have been hardly able to keep up with in real life, but am going to get a grip on it and see you all ASAP!

Anyhooooo, I hope that you guys are all going strong, staying safe, well, happy, active and alive wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!

Walking
