My Actifit Report Card: a adventurous day
My day started abit later than useral, it was a day off for me but unfortunately the weather was terrible with high winds and rain so I decided that as I couldn't get out yet that I'd have a lay in eventually getting ready for the day at 11am when it finally stopped raining.
As the rain and wind calmed I headed out into the city with the goal of playing Pokemon, visiting charity shops (thrift shops) and getting a nice coffee and some food for lunch.
Visiting the charity shops was uneventful I didn't find anything that Interested me it's quite annoying as before I got into golf I always saw golf bags and gear in these shops and as soon as I take up the sport there isn't any in site. The bag is a must need for me I have a decent set of clubs but no bag to carry them in and unfortunately buying a golf bag new is way out of my budget with the cheapest still costing nearly £100 so the second hand market is definitely one I'm looking into.
As well as visiting shops I played Pokemon go and has a lot of success throughout the day with some nice catches.
Lastly it was time to eat the plan to get food at lunch failed as I had delayed until dinner time instead and the original option at first was wetherspoons it would have been quiet this time of week and they do cheap meals. But I decided to instead visit the market and get a chilli chicken rice meal instead from the stall known as "taste of Shanghai" it has a very authentic and freshly made food from the get go so I decided to eat there instead
