With a cold weather in my region, I realized that the best way to stay from getting cold is to engage in jogging exercise. I started this early morning from my house and jog for about 90 minutes.

BENEFITS OF JOGGING
When you jog on regular basis, there are many health benefits attached to it but I will mention few of the.
The following are the benefits of jogging:

  1. It strengthen your muscles and make them to endure high tension.
  2. It helps you to burn calories in your body wish can store under your adipose tissue if not burnt.
  3. It combat diseases. for Instance, regular exercise prevent you from heart diseases or cardiovascular diseases.
  4. Helps you to maintain good weight. regular exercise will Prevent over weight.

THE PURPOSE OF MY JOGGING
My purpose is to get fit, getting fit has a lot to offer me. As a public health graduates, I am aware that one of the best way to stay healthy is exercise, even why I was in the school, I saw some of professors in public health engaging in exercise, and also students.
Exercise has been used to rehabilitate some health challenges of the people when I was in the school.

SAFETY ADVISE WITH JOGGING

  1. Eat balance diet and healthy food.
  2. Do not jog immediately while you just finished your meal. It is not advisable to start food to undergo digestion for hours depending on the nature of the meal.
  3. Avoid jogging when the weather is very hot. That is no longer an Exercise but punishment.
  4. Drink water before, during and after jogging.
  5. Go with your phone so that you can give the result of your actifit
