My Actifit Report Card: October 24 2020
Good day. It's been a while since I posted on actifit about my daily exercise activities. But the reason for it was not because of laziness or anything like that. I've simply been too busy because of the covid-19 situation. One might think that because of the quarantine there were less work to do but that's not always the case especially if you're a teacher like myself. Due to the quarantine all classes were to be conducted online as such we must change our daily routine to accommodate to the sudden change. And unlike what most people think conducting online classes was by no means easy.
Anyway I'm not here to complain about the sudden increase in my workload but to report my daily exercise activities. Today I ran around the house as my morning exercise. Due to lack of stamina I alternate between running and walking till I started sweating like a pig. I also tried different plank exercise I found on YouTube. And later I'll do some push ups once I rested a bit and recovered some stamina.
