Fiorisce dalla primavera all'autunno producendo fiori di diverse tonalità
dal rosa ciliegia al rosso porpora.
È adatta per aiuole, siepi basse, ma anche in vaso per abbellire balconi e terrazzi, necessita una potatura leggera a fine inverno per rafforzarne la resistenza
