Do you ever see double, triple or repeating numbers?

I used to see double (e.g. 11) or triple (222) or repeating numbers (19:19) occasionally, like maybe once every few WEEKS.

But when I started listening to Biofield Tuning recording (a form of sound healing using tuning forks), they suddenly started showing up multiple times a DAY.

And when I bought my Sonic Slider (a weighted tuning fork designed for self use) and started using it everyday, even when I reduced the number of Biofield Tuning sessions I was listening to, these repeating numbers, double, triple and sometimes even quadruple numbers have continued to show up with ridiculous/incredible frequency.

So, what I want to know is:

What is this about?!?! There must be some logical explanation for this that I do not yet understand. A sign of greater coherence or something else?

If you know something about this, I'd love to hear your theories or what you know.

And if you've experienced this phenomenon, let me know in a comment!

I suspect the boring/logical answer is something along the lines of "human beings are designed/wired to see patterns, and that it's something we've evolved to do.

It's still really early in the morning and I'm struggling to put sentences together, so here is the quick AI answer when I searched google:

Humans are hardwired to detect patterns as a core feature of brain function, driven by evolutionary advantages. This tendency, known as patternicity or apophenia, helps us make sense of complex environments by identifying meaningful structures in sensory input. The neocortex, the brain’s most evolved region, continuously processes information to recognize patterns, even in randomness—such as seeing faces in clouds (pareidolia) or interpreting coincidences as meaningful connections.

This pattern-seeking behavior provided survival benefits: misidentifying a rustle as a predator (false positive) was less dangerous than missing a real threat (false negative). As a result, those who detected patterns—whether in animal tracks, weather signs, or social cues—were more likely to survive and pass on their genes. Today, this trait aids in learning, memory, and decision-making but can also lead to cognitive biases like conspiracy theories, superstitions, and confirmation bias.

So I guess sometimes patterns are meaningful, and other times they are just coincidence, sometimes it's hard to tell the difference!

All that stuff aside, I love noticing patterns like this, especially with numbers. I like it when numbers repeat eg £17.17 or £202.02 and also when they are in a sequence, like when I'm on my lunch break and my digital watch says 12:34:56. I don't think it means anything, but spotting patterns like this makes me smile 🙂

(Edited)

And talking of patterns, i've literally just checked some of my accounts, and have spotted these numbers.... and if I hadn't just replied to your post, I wouldn't even have noticed!

Ah, yes. Agreed. And there's also something additional at play here that I don't understand.

So, yes, and.

Your perspective on repeating numbers is truly enlightening. It is amazing how our inner experiences can manifest in the outer world, guiding us towards a greater understanding of ourselves. Each sign can be a reminder that we are in tune with our purpose and that our transformations are meaningful.
