My Actifit Report Card: March 8 2020

Today I played at Mass. I wasn’t able to play any incidental music as it’s Lent so we just had the “four hymn sandwich”. I used the little organ for the entrance hymn and moved onto the main organ for the rest of the Mass. It would be great if the main organ can control the little one as a floating division. I am told this is possible because everything is already electric action. It’s just a matter of finding some funds. Perhaps I could raise some funds by giving an organ recital? Since I was already dressed in my Sunday best, I decided to do a recording on the organ. I was happy with the result and will share it with my Patrons first. In the afternoon, I went for a walk whilst listening to some Mendelssohn played by Matthias Havinga. Tonight I don’t plan on doing much—perhaps I’ll just practice some of the choral music for an upcoming concert in June and just watch some Netflix.
