My Actifit Report Card: July 8 2020
Today was a historic day for my town. As I live on the border of two states (NSW/VIC), NSW has closed their border to VIC. This makes it very difficult as we are a twin city with many shared services and commitments. Fortunately I am on the NSW side and continue my work from home. There is also talk of putting our town into the VIC restrictions as well—we will see what happens over the next few days. Melbourne has gone into lockdown again but regional VIC can move in their own localities. We are all paying for the sins of Melbourne which isn’t nice at all. I just hope that there are not anymore cases here. Only time will tell. Masks are not mandated here but I think I will wear one in public. It’s not worth the risk at the moment!
