My Actifit Report Card: April 20 2021
I’ve been experiencing some lower back pain over the last couple of days—probably because of all the walking in Melbourne over the weekend with shoes not designed for that much activity. I’m really feeling my age! On that note, I did receive a nice compliment from a bouncer after checking my ID upon entry to Strike Bowling. “You’re doing well” (for my age 😅). I’ve mentioned this before, but when I was younger, I never imagined myself leaving my 20s. It always seemed such a far, far way away...
Also today, I had a quick chat with @organduo and I helped him with the OBS software and displaying the Hauptwerk application windows. I still find it amazing that we can communicate so easily over a far distance.
Tomorrow, if I’m feeling better, I hope to up my step count as I’m probably going to indulge in takeaway for dinner.
