My Actifit Report Card: October 8 2022

There are moments that I become so sensitive, and get hurt easily when a joke was thrown on me. Probably, there's an implication that the joke has its meaning, or let's simply say "the joke is half-meant". Admittedly, I'm not that okay with regards to my mental and emotional health.

Trying my best to achieve more steps on Actifit though. I'm glad I get more than I aim each day.
