Just finished today’s exercise. Rocked all day long on my epically interesting walk with Jesus Christ while listening to The Eric Metaxas Radio Show (love this show!) podcast. Working up my stamina so I can actually run longer than five minutes without stopping. Incidentally, yesterday or so I found out that I accidentally lost 5 lbs while closing my Apple Watch rings the other month. Who would have thunk it that weight loss was actually meant to be fun? Currently four months into closing all of my Apple activity rings.
