I made a plan for my day today and it worked out quite well!
Gonna do it for tomorrow aswell! I am currently doing it on sticky-notes which is not optimal, I will have to find a Journal like a bullet Journal, but one which have more suggestings on how to structure a day to day.
I think its a good idea to do for a lot of people and now that I am unemployed I think its even more important to made a to do list daily, so you don't just mentally die xD
Also, I have only hit 8K today. I went out for my walk and intervale running, but it started to rain 3 mins into the "workout", so I quickly headed home. I will redeem myself tomorrow!
