Always Enjoy A Good Fire & S’mores Seasion - My Actifit Report Card: August 15 2020

Being my only day off after a one day work week, before I go back next week, trying to work both jobs, today I decided would be a little bit lazy.

It was a busy day around the house with Mel getting ready and setting off to go back up island and visit family. I only got one week off where is she got two.

With Mel taking Jerry with her I was given the opportunity to work on a few things so the majority of my day was spent in front of the computer screen.

I got a phone call from my buddy Dan inviting me out to go do marshmallows in front of a fire, that was awesome. When I got home I felt like doing something a little bit more active instead of sitting back in front of the computer screen.

Having a bit of a focus on upper body strength I said out from the 2.5K steps I had to get 5K well doing some push-ups and chin-ups.

Lazy Almost 5K, 8 Chin-Ups & 20 Push-Ups - Set Your Mind, Get It!!!

Walking around in shorts I had to carry my little tripod with me and I swear the one group of people I walked by thought it was an extendible weapon 😝

though I didn’t make my target step count I feel fairly accomplished doing two sets of both push-ups and chin-ups on a lazy day 🤟
