Buebos dias, amigos actifitters.

Vamos con el viernes y con el reporte de ayer jueves.

Me alegra comprobar que los numeros siguen saliendo y que aparezco casi todas las mañanas en el top 20 de la aplicacion.

Ayer otra cifra que supera los 15.000 pasos gracias a un buen paseo con el perruno. No hubo gimnasio pero si cardio.

Para hoy, otro dia de ejercicio previo al fin de semana.
