My Actifit Report Card: July 22 2020

I took my morning walk along the riverbank path to Maurie Jacobs Park today. My back was acting up so I didn’t feel up for a longer walk. I need to get my diet under control, but I’m stuck in an unhealthy pattern right now where I feel like I have emotional needs that aren’t being met, and I can’t resist the siren song of overindulging in food to try to fill that void even though it doesn’t work long term. I’ve been putting on weight again, which tends to result in me having worse posture, which then translates into back problems, among other things. But identifying the unhealthy pattern doesn’t just make it magically go away, breaking out of it is tough even if I believe it’s the right thing to do.

Well, at least you exercise..! Dont give up! It's all in our brain. It's okay to listen to sirens if you have your comrades to support you with their ears plugged up!

Maybe try doing a list or diary of your daily intake. And see what you need to cut down and amount of calories.
