My Actifit Report Card: May 10 2021
I took my morning walk along my usual route, except I stopped for some mindfulness practice at a different picnic table bench than I have been using, this one is a little more distant from the highway so I was hearing a lot more of the sound of flowing water along with the birds chirping. I continued down through Skinner Butte Park and then headed home. I was going to take the eastern bank path as usual, but a pod of runners had stopped and congregated in the middle of the Greenway Bike Bridge and I didn’t want to walk through the middle of them do I took the western path. After I got home I walked to the grocery store, and as is amusingly typical I forgot to buy the thing I was out of that convinced me I needed to go to the store today.
