How long does it take before snow could melt? How then do you people cope wherever the land is covered by snow?

Tractors throw salt in the streets and that's enough... As soon as temperatures rise or sun comes out in a day it's all gone

yep and they also throw it before it snows according to predictions so it doesnt even form on the streets
When is the winter stipulated to last before it finally stops?
on calendar it ends on 21 march, usually it starts as temperature mid april more or less
