My Actifit Report Card: July 22 2021
Not much to report today and I am pleased to have reached 10,000 steps. Must have walked enough but all I have achieved today is a shopping trip, followed by a nice coffee with family in town. Then the nursery run. That was the last time I will do it! Our granddaughter has graduated from nursery school and broken up for summer break.
Her next school is only around the corner so can walk it easily.
In reflection, I think most of the steps were just walking to the car and back!
