A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

Today the heat has begun to get serious in Naples even if the wind, at times, is still fresh. In a few days we went from blankets at night to the heat and now I’m making the change of season. Tomorrow the temperatures will approach, for the first time, the 30 degree of day.

The change of season for me is always a bit traumatic and affects my mood but, despite everything, I am #alive in this stage number 36 of #iamalivechallenge.
