My Actifit Report Card: May 21 2021

Apparently I still need to figure out how this app works. I had planned to do my walks Monday thru Friday (today) and post the entire weeks work with a write-up. But, it seems as if you can only post the current day or the previous day.

Well, anyway, last week my goal was to make it to a particular street each day and get back by 7:00 am. That worked fine. This week, my goal was to go just a little bit further each day and still get back by 7:00.

Each morning my alarm goes off at 6:30 am and I am out the door by 6:30 am.

Every day this week, I managed to get back by 7:00 am. And every day this week, I managed to increase my turning point by at least a block, I think. At least, I managed to walk more than a few houses different each time. And, except for yesterday, each stop was at a crosswalk intersection.

Based on my recorded step counts, it would seem as if overall I have been taking less steps, which means I was taking longer strides. So, that's an improvement.

I am glad of my progress so far and I don't really care if I post each day.

I am going camping this weekend. Nothing too strenuous, but most likely a lot more walking than what I do on a daily basis. Maybe by Monday I will be down another 2 pounds.
