My Actifit Report Card: May 31 2021

Even with it being a holiday, I knew I had to drag myself out of bed and get moving. My goal this week is to try to get to my end point (which I need to measure) and back before 7:00 am.

But first, I needed to get to the end point first. I think I started out quickly, short but faster strides. I didn't pay too much attention to how I was walking, because I guess I was still sleepy and started day dreaming. It didn't help that the temperature dropped last night, which I could tell by the heater running this morning. So, I had to put on my jacket, but I kept my phone in my pocket to keep a consistent tracking of activity.

Anyway, because it was a holiday there were definitely less people driving around. There were a few different people walking, probably due to the change of schedule for the day.

While drifting in and out of day dreaming, I wondered if I was going too slow, but decided not to check my, since my goal was the distance and I trudged onward. When I did reach the end point that I stopped at on Friday, I checked my watch. 9 minutes to 7:00am.

I snapped the picture and headed on back. It always seems faster going back home. I reached my doorstep at 7:03 am. So, I have a few minutes to shave off of my goal.

I didn't check my pumpkin plant this morning, because I did that last night. Instead I enjoyed one of my lilies blooming.

If I manage to get the 3 minutes shaved off consistently, I plan on adding an exercise when I reach back home.
