My Actifit Report Card: June 22 2021
After taking a week off from walking due to a vacation trip and not feeling like it yesterday, I hit the pavement quickly. The air was dry, but it was windy due to a storm front coming in. I don't know if it was the weather or the break, or the new pair of socks, but my pace was noticeably faster. I got to my turnaround point with 12 minutes to get back home.
I didn't check the garden, since I did that last night. I guess that threw me off of the routine, because I forgot to do my push-ups.
Hopefully tomorrow is just as good as today.
