My Actifit Report Card: July 12 2021
Another warm humid morning. I felt rested and energetic, so I was able to keep a good pace and focus on my steps. But, it didn't bring me to the turnaround point any faster. However, I did do the jog up the hill and made it without having a bunch of muscle pain in my calves. So, the goal for the week is to do the jog all week.
The 20 push-ups went well and maybe next week I will push that up to 25.
