My Actifit Report Card: July 14 2021

It was a little cooler this morning, but still thick humid air. I can't imagine what it will be like in August.

The only person on the route was the new guy who listens to his talk radio without headphones. He is barely walking, so I don't think he'll see any progress any time soon.

I was walking a little slower this morning and only had 12 minutes to get back from the turnaround point. But, I did manage to make it back by 7:00 and get the push-ups done.
