Hope you all are well and enjoying your time. Today is the second day of my travelling. I am enjoying every moment as I am travelling after many months. However, today I woke up a little late than other days. I completed my breakfast with my kids. Then checked some important mails from my office. Then I started playing with my kids. I did my regular exercise a little bit early today. I did some free hand exercise and running for about 45 minutes. Today also I did some swimming practice like yesterday. Swimming always improves your health. So, whenever I get an opportunity, I try to swim.
In the evening I did few steps of walking. Overall, I could manage close to 7K steps.
