My Actifit Report Card: August 10 2020

Hello friends,

Hope you all are well and enjoying your time. Today I passed a monotonous day. It’s rainy season here. It was raining whole day long. I didn’t go office today. The whole day I was stuck at home.

As it was raining, I decided to walk in my house. After the breakfast, I walked for sometime. I also walked after my lunch.

In the evening I did my regular jogging. I did perform jogging more today than other days. It was almost 45 minutes. Overall , I achieved 6K+ steps today.
