Hello!🤗 It is the first time that I use actifit to walk and exercise at home.

I walked until dark (about an our and a half) I am fortunate to live on a plot with my family, where I can walk freely despite the fact that there is coronavirus outside and we must have social distancing, here I can walk alone and calmly. 🌄

I have scoliosis and I must exercise with low-impact physical activities, I really liked this app that tells me the steps so I can calculate how much I should do, it is 🏃🙋excellent!
