Upper body workout 🌸

Ho deciso di cambiare un po' ed ecco a voi come alleno la parte alta del corpo, l'ho strutturata a due esercizi per gruppo muscolare.

Primo gruppo muscolare: Petto

Per iniziare a scaldarmi ho fatto dei push up a sfinimento.
Per coinvolgere maggiormente la parte superiore del petto li ho eseguito anche tenendo un rialzo sotto ai piedi (tipo la sedia) per cambiare l'angolo di lavoro.

Secondo gruppo : schiena

rematore singolo 4x20 senza pause

E una specie di lat machine a presa inversa😅 (non sapevo più cosa inventare), per colpire di più il centro schiena.

Terzo gruppo: Bicipiti

Ho eseguito dei semplici curl singoli 4x20 senza pause
E poi curl a martello in coppia 4x20

Quarto gruppo muscolare: Tricipiti
Ho fatto delle dip a sfinimento

I decided to change a bit and here is how I train the upper body, I structured it into two exercises per muscle group.

First muscle group: Chest

To start warming up I did push-ups.
To involve the upper part of the chest, I also do them by holding up the feet (like on the chair) to change the working angle.

Second group: back

single rowing 4x20 without rest

And a kind of reverse-grip lat machine😅 (I didn't know how ti call it), to hit the center of my back.

Third group: Biceps

I ran simple single curls 4x20, without pauses
And then a hammer curl 4x20

Last muscle group: Triceps
I did some dip to exhaustion

La situazione è grave qua Desy penso che sfrutterò le prime aperture dei negozi sportivi per procurarmi due alfieri, una panca, bilancere e ghisa, alla fine è più che sufficiente per un allenamento completo: squat, military, panca e stacco, oltre che rematori in tutte le salse e trazioni.

Temo che in palestra non ci andrò per molto tempo, anche dopo l'eventuale riapertura anticipata a giugno, Squat a 40 gradi con la mascherina e i guanti è veramente impensabile, poi fa pure male a non respirare ossigeno in situazioni di iperventilazione. 😭😭

Si infatti se si prolunga tanto mi volevo attrezzare anchio, sennò ciao non si può continuare con gli elastici... Avevo visto una panca multifunzione carina, ma non so se ci sta in casa.

Con quella fai tutto, poi mancano solo i manubri

You seem like someone who doesn't need the gym. You already have everything ready to do different exercises without using any gym machines.

I see. I thought that you've your way with doing everything without the use of a machine.
But, at least you can find your way to stay fit and healthy.
