Upper body workout today🔥 (fatto come si deve)

Finalmente da oggi possiamo andare a trovare i nostri parenti infatti stamattina ne ho approfittato subito per andare da mia nonna la quale ha una mini palestra che non usa mai, e ho preso in prestito qualche peso.

Non sono manubri ma meglio di niente sono molto old scholl.
eccoli qui, per ora ho preso solo questi perché sono pesantissimi da portare infatti non so se sono io che non sono più abituata o sono loro che sono più pesanti nonostante ci sia scritto 5kg.

Ho optato per 10 kg così da poter fare più o meno tutto, come stamattina ⬇️

Ho iniziato con i bicipiti 4x15 singoli con 30" di rest. È stato un po' strano senza i manubri classici.

Poi un po' di tricipiti a 90 dietro la testa 4x10 1'rest

Rematore 4x20 con 30 "rest
(cambiava tutto con quella presa, devo cercare un bastone da potergli mettere in mezzo)

Alzate frontali 4x12 1' rest

Spinte 4x15 1' rest

Poi ho fatto solo due esercizi per i glutei per vedere se con il peso li sentivo meglio, infatti ho raggiunto un bel pump 🔥

Ponte glutei con banda 4x20 30" rest
Slanci 4x12 1' rest

Finally today we can go to visit our relatives in fact this morning I took the opportunity immediately to go to my grandmother who has a basic home gym that she never uses, and I take some weight.

They aren't dumbbells but better than nothing, they are old very scholl.

For now I have only taken these because they are very heavy to carry.

I opted for 10 kg because I could do pretty much everything, like this morning ⬇️

I started with single curl biceps 4x15 with 30 "rest.

Then a little triceps at 90 behind the head 4x10 1'rest

4x20 rowing machine with 30" rest
(he changed everything with that grip, I have to look for a stick that I can put in the middle)

Front risers 4x12 1 'rest

Then I only did two exercises for the buttocks to see if I felt better with the weight, in fact I reached a nice pump 🔥
